Fancy up your cocktail with Empress indigo gin and elderflower tonic. Serve with slice of grapefruit or blood orange and a sprig of rosemary.
Ingredients:
2 Oz Empress indigo gin
4 Oz Fever tree elderflower tonic
Slice of grapefruit or orange
Sprig of rosemary
Directions:
Fill a tumbler or wine glass with ice. Add gin, and then pour tonic watching the color change.
Squeeze a little citrus if desired and garnish with slice of fruit and rosemary.
