Liven up your hummus with this layered dip made with hummus, tzatziki, romesco, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, and pinenuts. Serve with pita bread, crackers, veggies or chips
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Hummus dip
1/3 cup Tzatziki dip
1/4 cup pesto sauce
1/4 cup (Optional) Romesco dip (used to be available at Trader Joe's)
3 T Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup Cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 Persian cucumbers, chopped
1/4 cup Crumbled feta, or vegan feta
2 T Toasted pine nuts
1 T parsley, chopped
Olive oil for drizzle
Directions:
On a plate or dish, layer each ingredient
Serve with crackers, pita bread, or cut veggies
