Stuffed Dates


Sweet dates stuffed with goat cheese, marcona almond, warmed and drizzled with honey is a great appetizer and accompaniment to your cheese board.


Ingredients:

  • Pitted dates

  • Goat cheese, 1/2 t per 1/2 date

  • Marcona almond, 1 per (I use Trader Joe's rosemary Marcona almonds)

  • Honey to drizzle


Directions:

  1. Either stuff dates whole with goat cheese and almond, or slice in half and stuff each half with cheese and almond.

  2. Bake in oven at 350 for 5 minutes

  3. Drizzle honey and rosemary, if desired
